Resolved Question: Cheapest place to ride out west?

I am an instructor at Holiday Valley in NY. Unfortunently this means a lot of my riding is confined to there where despite being an amazing resort there's only 750 feet of elevation change. I have riden most of the eastern half of the country with the exception of Vermont and Maine. I have been all over MI, both Holiday Valley and Whiteface in NY and even Snowshoe in WV to name some. I want to ride real mountains though. I want real steeps, cliff drops and so on. However I am a college student so I dont make a lot of money between Instructing in the winter and a few jobs here and there. Where is the cheapest place to book a trip? I will go anywhere out west from Big Sky to Mt. Hood I just want some real backcountry riding. Do any of the resorts offer discounts for employees from other resorts?
