Resolved Question: Teen Piercing Without ID?

a friend of mine recently had her septum done in west chester, but without any ID. i don't have any ID (i'm homeschooled, no license yet!, and NO idea where my BC is... O.o) i need to know where i can get my septum pierced? i don't have an ID, but i have my nostril pierced, and piercings all up/in my ears... so i don't know if that helps to prove that i'm legal or what, but i just need a shop who will pierce me without an ID! in any of these areas: Lehigh Valley, PA West Chester, PA NYC, NY Wilmington, DE thanks so much, and this is not, like, a 12 year old asking i'm legal!! =P i also heard some shops accept a 'formal-looking note' from parents/guardians, or that if you walk in with any adult, they'll most likely pierce it for me... is that true? which shops in those locations would do that? thanks!! =)...
